Meet Our
Doctor
Arlen S. Rubin,
D.C. graduated from Palmer
College of Chiropractic in 1971, and began practice in
Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1972. He is a long standing
member of the International Chiropractors Association
and the Michigan Chiropractic Association. He is also
a past president of the Michigan Chiropractic Council
District 2. He was
the founder of the Southwest Michigan Chiropractic Association,
which brought doctors into the Kalamazoo and Portage
schools for childhood scoliosis screenings.
Dr. Rubin is originally from Huntington,
New York. While there he completed undergraduate studies
at Southampton College of Long Island University. In
1971 he received his doctorate of chiropractic from Palmer
College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
He moved his family to Kalamazoo, Michigan
in 1972 and founded Rubin Chiropractic in October of
that year.
Dr. Rubin has training and experience
in multiple chiropractic techniques including Palmer
Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Toggle Recoil, Activator
and Integrator adjusting instruments, the result of a
lifetime commitment to continuing education and study.
He is available to speak to groups and organizations
on topics ranging from back safety to "Chiropractic
and the Wellness Paradigm".
